Summary: The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

Summary: This is an incredible property with incredible, accommodating staff! Ali and his team helped us plan out our time in Goreme, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Hotel staff helped us organize our hot air balloon ride, a sunset horse ride and even massages in our room.
